[Resolved]  Tneb — Frequent fluctuations, jump of neutral

We are residing at NANMANGALAM,CHENNAI. Here we get supply thro' agricultural line, where there is a rapig level of current fluctuations (sudden low to high or viceversa) Now the jump of neutral also joined this.Where as now the JUMP OF NEUTRAL also accompanied this.Now due to this our motar is also not running.When we contact the EB officials they said will see to it but no response, when we tried to contact again they don attend the call or its in full engaged state. IF THE ESSENTIAL SERVICES ARE IN THIS STATE WHAT WILL BE THE STATE OF THE PUBLIC DURING EMERGENCIES
