[Resolved]  Tneb — frequent power supply cut

There is power cut in my residence every alternative day in mid night for last two months and power is not restored in two to three hour when made complaint the department people says they do not have sufficient man power to attend the problem so they can not help it if power is not restored even in two to three hour.My address is R-50 Anna Nagar, 15 th street, Chennai-40

Often there is a power failure ONLY in our STREET and it continuous for 2 days. Day before your officials are comming and saw the faulted place but still the problem was not solve. so Please take necessary steps for our convenience. sir,

In our street two days once the power failure is happening(Excluding the regular power shutdown), The officials will come twice in a week and saying the repeated dialogue, "there is cable fault" and this is happening for the last six months. Then we asked them to Change the cable long back itself but still there is no reaction from the Officials. Yesterday also the same thing happened, But this time when the power is restored we all got a huge shock in our heart. It means, we received a high voltage power in our home and also throughout the Street. All the home applainces(TV, Fridge, Cellphone Etc) were running at that time were busted like the crackers and all in my home were shocked for a few mintues and thought that there was a electric shock in my home.Now everybody in a thought that, Our lives are highly threatened in this safeless environment. Really Don't know who will help us either god or the people(Good Officials) who thinks about the life of the lives staying there. After this problem again the officials came and repeated the same dialogue "there is cable fault". Everybody in our street started saying "after loosing all our lives these guys will come and say there is a cable fault" which might sound funny but fortunately We all escaped yesterday but i know we cant escape all the time with the same fortune.

Please take necessary steps for our convenience sir.

I am staying at korattur T.N.H.B Colony, East Avenue, Chennai - 600080. In our area the street lights are not glowing (working) for the past two weeks. Many complaints and reports has been made to korattur EB office, but still there is no response from their side. Our's is not an securied area lot of thefts and other incidents took place in the near past. kindly take necessary action for for this.

I'm residing at Shaw Wallace Colony, Chitlapakkam, Chennai - 600064. For the past two weeks, we've been facing the low voltage and power cuts everyday in the midnight. When we call the local eb office, we've been told that the problem will be rectified within minutes but it takes about 2 hours for them to rectify the same. What I assume is the consumers are not the same when we were before 5 years. I know the Municipality is aware of all these, I request you to upgrade or sort of things like that to avoid these low voltage and power cuts this summer and hereafter. For your information, these power cuts are a regular headache for the people of Shaw Wallace Colony only during summer. Kindly take necessary action for this.

I`m resided in venkatechala Achari street, Pudupet Chennai-600002. Their is a frequent power cut in my street during the midnight and power fluctuation during the day time.One of reason is due to welding shop in my street and those power cables could not take such high tension voltage and they end up in power cut.
I hope you people will take care of the problem and solve it.

Dear Sir,
We are facing low voltage issue on daily basis for last three months and our repeated complained not give any solution. The Low voltage issue mostly on daily basis between 8pm to next day early morning 2am in addressed location as in below. The above issue leads problem in our day to day life.
