problem in residential area

AM A RESIDENT OF IRUGUR AREA. ALWAYS I SUFFER SEVERE POWER FAILURE IN A PARTICULAR LINE WHICH IS RESIDENTIAL,ALL THE OTHER TWO LINE WHERE SOME INDUSTRIES HAVE NO POWER FAILURE. MORNING 6-8,12-2,4-5,8-9,10-11,1:30-3,4:30-5.. ITS THE INTERVAL OF POWER FAILURE,AM HAVING A TWO MONTH OLD KID AT HOME,HOW CAN WE BEAR THIS,SEVERAL COMPLAINTS TO TNEB HAS DONE BUT THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER TO RECTIFY IT.MY QUESTION IS HOW COME THEY CUT SHORT THE POWER ONLY WITH RESIDENTIAL AREAS?ARE THE RESIDENTIAL FOOLS? IF NO ACTION BEEN TAKEN ON THIS AM GOING TO MAKE IT TO SOCIAL MEDIA AND DO THINGS HAPPEN

Dear Sir, Flat D, First Floor, New No 28, Old No 50, 48th Street Ashok Nagar

No Due is pending.Advance Rs 1000/- payment also done, Power Fuse to be put back and Power supply is to be resumed.
