Low voltage for the last 2 months
I am residing in Andal Nagar, Adambakkam. Here low voltage for the last 2 months, Our Association had raised a complaint regarding the issue and the TNEB officials had stated that a new sub-station is the solution. However as a temporary solution thay had offered to install a transformer in the area. THey had installed poles for the transformers about 4 months back. Still they have not installed the transformer and when we ask them they say they dont have stock of the transformer. This is really unbearable, NO FAN, NO AC during day and night lost one stabilizer, this is really frustrating.
Nobody responding properly. Can someone help me to escalate this to higher authorities?

NOT EVEN FAN IS WORKING FAST
I HAVE BROUGHT DOUBLE BOOSTER FOR AC BUT ALSO IT IS NOT WORKING
AT NIGHT TIME THE COLTAGE IS AROUND ONLY 120V
I ASKED THE SURROUNDING BUT THE PROBLEM IS ONLY IN THIS ANDAL NAGAR AREA IN ADAMBAKKAM
WE ALL PEOPLE HAVE TO FORM A MASS CROWD SO ONLY THEY WILL MAKE SOME ARRANGEMENT

FOR LAST ONE WEEK
THE CURRENT ALSO CUT AT NIGHT TIME 11 PM TO UPTO 3 AM
I DONO WHAT THE GOVERMENT IS DOING
AS PER CM VOICE NOT TO CUT THE POWER AT NIGHT TIME
BUT IN CITY ITSELY LIKE THIS
