[Resolved]  Today shop/Jogging Kit — Delay in

In response to adv. in Hindustan times dated 13.02.2009 regarding today shop offer of Jogging Kit, I have booked the same on telephone No.40502424, my booking no. is [protected].i have made payment of Rs 3199/-by credit card. The company informed me that delivery will be after 21 days.
However inspite of my frequent request on phone, there is no rsponse and now it`s more than one and half month but delivery is yet to come.

what to do ?
