Sagar call me on 18/1/2016 in my cell ph no.[protected] & convinced me on behalf of ShopittodayIndiapvt ltd in that in a lucky draw my no is a winner & he said me that if i will to pay of RS. 3499.00 than i will buy any kind of product & if i will buy any product above 30, 000.00 than i will have to pay only sales tax of @12.5%. but i choose a phone called samsung J7 & he said me the coast of the phone after that i transfer money of rs 3499.00 to shopittodayIndia pvt ltd the account no [protected] SBI Bank IFS code SBIN0010644 Branch Karkardooma Branch after that on second day the dispatch person Mr. Vikash call me & said me that i will have to pay of RS.9474.00 on Behalf of product insurance charged DTDC & it will be refundable through cheque & i also pay rs 9474.00 od shopittoadayindiapvt. ltd & tha reference no:-N[protected] but when today i received the courier. i did not found any kind of phone (Samsung J7) insted of that they parcel me item called British Polo Club Worth Rs.6499.00 Sunglass Worth Rs 2999.00. i was shocked after seeing all these. from that time i am continuosley calling them but they are not respond to my calls. but i have all the call records of our representative in my phone & every kind of email & MSG is also in my phone, so sir kindly i request you to Exchange my parcel & send me the Phone (Samsung J7) otherwise i will go to the consumer court. I want immediate answer otherwise you know how much facing lot of problem.
