Total Mall Food Court, on Old Airport Road, Bangalore is serving stale food items in disguise. I got 250 gm of Dal, which the Mall associate will packing sealed without even checking the weight. Minutes later when i got back home, i found the Dal to be totally stale and smelling.
It appears clearly that the food court is not taking enough care over quality control, which in this case is extremely important.
I am not really sure whom to register such concerns with, or whether such concerns are at all taken care of.
