COURIER NOT DELIVERED
Dear Sir/Madam
We have sent XLRI students answer sheets through the trackon courier on 9-4-08 docket no 84907467, but it was not delivered to the clients and when we went to the branch office from where we sent that branch was closed permanently and to follow-up we visited regional office at domlur airport road, but there the staff were behaving very rudely and no response from them. Finally with great difficult they gave jamshedpur branch manager phone no, but no response from them.
My kind request to you to help us in tracking this courier because its a life of the students and if it is not reached to XLRI we all going to loose our jobs. Please help us and take neccessory action against that company.

We had sent couriered to mysore on 7.03.08 but it was not couriered to the party as per party's comment.so if it is reached to the party please send. receipt copy of p.o.d.

Track on courier is the worst ever courier in th country. It is better to use post-office because it delivers faster than track on. It is better for the track on to BEG for courier on roads, traffic signals etc...

Pls do not book any of your consignment through this Trackon Couriers.This is one of the most worst service providing courier company.We have booked an consignment from Mumbai to Chennai vide their Doc no:96007283/28-06-2008 and still we have not received the parcel from them.
When I enquired here at chennai office Ph no:42130004/9940154441 on 2nd July for the delivery there is no proper responce from the staff Ms.Sumti and Mr.Sanjeev seating at chennai office.One is saying that the parcel has come we will send within 1 or 2 hrs and the other one is saying w'll give the delivery tomorrow.
So it is a unsecure courier company where the staff dosen't know the status |

Our consignment No.107987148 Booked on Dated: 07.07.08 to Lucknow ofiice. But till now On Dt. 10.07.08 yet not delivered. We contact your Noida office (With Mr. Chandraveer) and Delhi Office (with Mr.Rajesh Dhingra) but not satisfactry answer repled by them. they are very poor in communication and iresponsible in service.
Kindly take the nessasary action to improve your service and costomer satisfaction. |

| Trackon Courier is the most mismanaged courier company in Mumbai. They are least bothered to reply to the customers. I have very bad experience with them and they never care for customer service. All their phones are busy and the even if you get, there is not a single responsible soul to reply. This is the high time some one files a winding up notice on them. |

Material Delivery
We have booked a parcel of 23KG on 02-07-2008 from Bhagirath Place, Chandni Chowk after cofirming from your staff that it will be positively delivered tomorrow. we booked it vide your Docit no.108055285 the material was booked for Chambaghat Solan(H.P.) our customer M/s. Himachal Futuristic Communications Limited has also enquired from Parwanoo, Solan, Shimla & Kalka but till date it is not Traceable. Inspite of talking repeatedly to the booking office no satisfactory reply.
We are suffering great losses because of this. That material was very urgent for our party-they have stopped all our supplies due to this. We hope that you will seriously look into this and revert us with the right feed back.

I have had an extremely unpleasant experience with Trackon Couriers. A courier was sent by my office at Shimla and the local office did not deliver it despite the fact that I live in one of Delhi’s best known and easily accessible upmarket colonies in Janakpuri.
When I called the local office up, they told me that they didn’t find anyone at home and they returned the courier. Then my office sent me the same courier again through Trackon Couriers and they returned it the same day. I called up the guy again and he misbehaved with me. He was lying through his nose on both the occasions that there was no one at my place.

I tried to lodge a complaint against this particular man through their website, but there was nothing in it. No Regional or Head Office address, no mail address, no complaint box, nothing.
It is extremely dangerous to avail the services of courier companies as shady as this particular courier company - Trackon Couriers. There is no way you can get any redressal should a consignment gets stolen, damaged etc or their staff misbehaves. |

We have sent the parcel of three boxes ayurvedic medicines to our office in masoorie through the trackon courier on 08-07-2008 docket no 108395984, but it was not delivered to the clients till now [18.07.2008]. When our masoorie office person contact to your office person there in masoorie ...Mr.Saxena [Mobile-09837244700] he is refuse to deliver the parcel and were behaving very rudely .
My kind request to you to help us to above mensioned this parcel deliver to the client urgently.

Hi Sir,
One of my office college from Capgemini INdia pvt Ltd sent a courier on 24-Dec-08 from TRACKON.

Till now did not receive the courier to my home: LB Nagar, Hyderabad.
When I contacted the TRACKON Courier on phone..They said that address is wrong and courier went back.
AGain I called the people they informed that they will findout and will give me the status on that.
But till now no responce from the TRACKON. Its really an important documnet couriered to me.
Then contacted my collegue in PUNE and came to know that he also mentioned my Contact number on the courier.
I did not get any call from the TRACKON people. For your information I am staying at the mentioned address for more than 8 years.
It seems that the service is the worst I ever came across.
