COURIER NOT DELIVERED
I have send the courier throught trackon on friday but still it is not delievered , dock no. = 247044719. When i have contacted there faribadbad and ambala number they told me that they have forward the couried to next point but not responsible for it , they cant response me properly and cut my phone during conversation. It is really disgusting attitude from trackon workforce . They also told me that if courier is missing they are not responsbile for it. Plz do the needful and take strict action against them.

Booked a courier with Trackon Couriers Pvt Ltd AWB No 152743698 on 06/0809 at Pune to be delivered at Gawalior(MP)
After lot of persuation got the courier back after 25 days with the remark that ADDRESS IS WRONG.While it is true the courier person may not have been able to contact the addressee because of error in Land line no.but the delivery person neither went to contonment area to deliver nor was any attempt done to seek the right contact no. from sender whose cell no was very much on the cover.The ADDRESS WAS VERY MUCH CORRECT but none bothered at Gawalior about the non- delivery between 07/08 to end of August.If delivery to Contonment area was not possible why was the cover received for delivery at Pune in the first place.
This was a frustrating experience and a mental agony as the courier contained prescriptions of a patient
at Gawalior.

We have sent M/s Velijan Hydrair Pvt Ltd, A.P through the trackon courier on 27-4-08 docket no 148921930, another parcel was for M/s Apollo Tyres, Sriprembatur Tamil Nadu sent on 26.8.09 Docket no. 148921698 but none of these were not delivered to the clients ..
.Above all as published in your website you are no where caring for your customers at the office where the parcel was booked is unable to give us any feedback. ALSO YOUR STATUS IS NEVER UPDATAED...>
NO body is able to tell us the fate of it. If you will not tell us about this we will take the matter to consumer court.
SEEK IMMEDIATE FEEDBACK...

Docket no. is 149914143. This courier has been despatched from delhi on 26.07.09 but till the date i have not received this courier .

Hi,
I had sent a parcel from your courier but i am stating very disagree with your service and frankly saying your service is pathetic and it harras to user about your hectic service.

We had visited in chandigarh at 17-D office premises however today is 16- and it never received in Moga it is only 150 km distance from chandigarh.
Can i expect it will reach today at required destination premies or shall we wiat for How many days????????????????????? Pls state here.

A parcel having tacking No 23175013 was posted from Delhi for Oman. Today it is 8th day and I haven't recieved it yet. I couldn't track the consignment at all. Please help.

The courier which was sent on 13 th Sep 09 through Air couirier from Ambala to bangalore has not yet recached till 18th Sep 09.
Due to the emergency of the item it had sent through Air couirer.
In this case it is very responce from Trackon Couirer Co.
The nearest Trackon courier Phone number of 080-24157603, 9980656785 are not responding.

C/ment No. 160841788 despatched from DEHRADUN not delivered till 4.30 p.m. on 25.9.09
Local Rishikesh delivery office DOT ON was also communicated, but no result.
Dehradun is only 43 km away from dehradun and one can go & come three times in a day.
Why c/ment booked could not be delivered .It is shameful.Please see and reply.

Dear Sir,
i had sent a courier to imphal city that is manipur state on 16/09/09 with docket number 152600864.
Till now did not receive the courier to my home, it contains valuable document of insurance policy.
A courier was sent by my office at mohali. already 20days ago it was not delivered.It seems that the service is the worst I ever came across. if your TRACKON people cannot give satisfactory services than please dont harrase to people. finally i want to know my courier satatus as soon as possible.

/07/10/2009 phone attended by madam, And After confirmed receipt no .she told that "delevery man rushed with packet but not not delevered till time.please ensure delevery without further delay.
