[Resolved]  Trackon Courier — Courier not delivered

Ya Trackon courier is playing the role of our postal department as they are having a bunch of foolish, and non-professionals with them who dont know how to work professionaly, sincerely in the era of strong competition. Further they also dont know when a legitimate and genuine customer is complaining to their seniors then how to behave with them.

In such an incident I was told by their GREAT CUSTOMER CARE/HUB that we take phone numbers of customer at the time of booking but dont use that because our delivey boys has to do lot more work besides calling the customers and get their exact address.

Can these great people tell me what is duty of a delivery boy if he is not delivering the parcel at right time and place.

Also would request all the consumers not to opt for TRACKON COURIER as they are in the thought of being extra ordinary and heavenly courier.

Also plz give me the contact details for this irritating courier company.

I sent the admission form and all related papers to MIT institute of desion Pune at 29/5/09 from Indore, and till 3/6/09 courier not delivered to destination as per the comitment of trackon courier and also no proper tracking is possible by net and also trackon courier indore office . Because of this mistake of trackon courier may be possible my admission will cancel.

As we have the cooperate tie up with this company but the serive is wrost they did not deliev the courier on time the courier to me was sent from patiala kotak life insurance on 4/6/09 but till now i didnt get the courier and the status on the site is not updated .the employee here in barnala dnt had the taking sense all the tings r worst here

ONE OF OUR SUPPLIER HAS SEND MATERIAL FROM DELHI TO S.NO.530, HISSA NO.1, BHUGAON-PIRANGUT ROAD, BHUGAON, TAL - MULSHI, PUNE - 412108 VIDE DOCKET NO.[protected] ON DATED 8.06.2009. BUT IT IS NOT DELIVERED UPTILL NOW. I WANT TO KNOW FOR THE DELIVERY, BUT NO RESPONSE WAS GIVEN BY THE CONCERNED AGENCY HOLDER.

I have send importent document through Trackon courier vide their docket no. L2869533 dated 23rd May 2009 to near by place at Alandi. Till date the consignment is not reached & not tracable so far.

While enquiring about where abouts of the consignment, the local person was very adamant & rood, did not give any other contect no or ower's contect no.

I fail to understand what can be done for such nonsence & irresponcible services.

hope less service trackon courier, i will advice no one should send any courier thru trackon

One parcel was couriered to me from Mumbai branch vide your tracking number[protected] dated 20.06.2009. So far we have not received the parcel.

So please update the status of the courier and deliver the same immediately

One parcel was couriered from Bhiwani to hyderabad vide tracking number[protected] dated 23.06.2009. Though the parcel is received by Hyderbad branch yesterday, they did not deliver it even I requested them.

Please deliver the same immediately

I have deleverd a doc. from Ajmer to Chittorgarh on dated 18.06.2009. but it's not delevered till date 26.06.09. & i am daily follow up at Bhilwara & chittor & Ajmer but they are not replying.

Trackon Courier — Bad Response

Booked a courier on 01/07/09 in NAG ENTERPRISES, KUVEMPU NAGAR, MYSORE. Docket number was not available with them. They asked me to contact them next day. When went next day also they did not have the data with them. This is the way Trackon courier and their agencies work? It was a horrible experience. Am really worried now whether parcel will reach the party tomorrow safely.

My headoffice in New delhi has sent me urgent documents to me at kolkata (Joka ) vide Docket No[protected] dt 03/07/2009 but today its 11/07/2009 i have still receivd the same whereas trackon website it shows that courier has already arrived at kolkata on 06/07/2009, now i want to know where is the courier who bears the loss due to non delivery of the courier,

what a courier company who never deliver courier.

I had send trackon courier through college admission documents, on dat 11/07/2009 on Saturday, from Mumbai to Nagpur, docket no.[protected], but it was not to the clients and when I contact Nagpur office, I think name of person Mr. Jitendra he was tacking very rudely.
My kind request to you to help us it’s very important document and its very urgent otherwise student loose admission. I request you this document should reach today 2 pm anyhow.
