Tradus — Amount debited and product not received

i have ordered a toy on 3-Dec-2012 through Tradus. The vendor is Sree Lakshmi Traders,Chennai.
The amount has been debited but the order has not been dispatched by the vendor till now (11-Dec-2012).
Cancellation facility on Tradus is not under our control. We have to request and their customer support will do the needful.
They cannot be contacted via phone, whereas we have to wait for 15 minutes. This is a recorded voice message when u contact Tradus customer care number.
Customer satisfaction is being fulfilled in this way.
