Tradus — Defective item sent | |
I had ordered a lee jeans from tradus.in ,but a defective jeans(discoloured spot) was sent to me. I had sent repeatedly emails to their customercare but they are not replying. I had also called their customer care service,but i was told to send an email with photos of defective jeans.I had sent many emails with photos of defective jeans but still no reply .In their website it is written that full refund or replacement will be done in case of defective goods being delivered. This site is fraud.PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Was this information helpful? | |
