Let me resolve / reply to the multiple concerns raised by you:
1.) Tradus is not a fraud site as stated by you - we are registered site and supporting 100% secure payment mode. Our address and contact details are shared on our home page. We do not have a call center number right at this point and time, however, we provide excellent customer support through email facility - this process is set up as this is transparent and you have all the discussion and statements from our side documented with you. Further, not having a direct number to reach us is not a direct indication for Tradus conducting fraudulent activities. Once again we advise that we are very much in touch with our customers through the email support
2.) We understand from the above point that your reaction is justified to some extent as you are expecting an immediate response over the phone and not willing to wait for a reply to the mail within the acknowledged time - hence you have been terming as a pathetic support system. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you, however, let me take this opportunity to advise you that through the same support system we have communicated multiple times. To add on to it through the mail system itself we have advised you multiple times that the required action has been taken on our aide and the details are a part of the next point.
3.) You have also informed that you are yet to receive the refund from our side - kindly note that we have confirmed and documented over an email send to you informing you about the reference number as a proof. You are further requested to contact your bank regarding this issue as we have credited the same from our side. Also as suggested in the mail please share the reference number with the bank.
We wish for a speedy resolution from your bank's side to the above mentioned credit - we are unable to publish the reference number on the public forum as it is sensitive towards your account transfer information.
Once again we thank you for your kind patience and continued co-operation with us. We are also working on your feedback and our team is working towards a voice support system to answer your immediate requirements.
