The order was supposed to be delivered on 7th July 2012. The seller has not dispatched the product still. After several emails and 4 calls the customer care tells me that they have forwarded the matter to the CONCERNED DEPARTMENT and that they will get back between 24-48 hours!!! The seller has the product listed on tradus so I don't think he ran out of product. I would like to have some speedy resolve to this tradus menace.
