[Resolved] Tradus.com (Tradus.in) — Fraud Site

I tried placing an order from Tradus.com and ordered an Antivirus package http://www.tradus.com/bitdefender-internet-security-2012-ttkd3-3-users-antivirus...⇄ I choose to make the payment through the Credit Card and was charged Rs.583.00 for the package. After confirmation of the payment, the order details were not reflected in the email that was provided while registering. I sent an email to the customer service, till now no response and when i call them, they provide the phone number which no one responds. FRAUD WEBSITE.......I really need the refund for this. I am chasing to shipping service from one week and today they informed that shipment is asked to return back to Shipper (Merchant of product)
