[Resolved]  Tradus — Fraudulent company - Sells different product and displays different one!

You guys are the biggest fraudsters !! I will make sure your case goes to consumer court and the the newspapers!!!

I ordered 2 vox v11 phones on 13th feb 2012 , and today after 10 days you delivered the product but altogether a different one - I have been given the lower version v9 - One of your collegues called on 18th and he gave us the option we clearly told them we only want v 11 vox else refund our money, inspite of this we have been sent a different product altogether.. refund the money or I am definately taking up this case.. your customer services are horrible! The invoice on the delivered box says V11 but inside V9 was packed!!! scamers!!

Once we receive the requested from your side we will positively resolve the issue. We will either hand over the desired product to you or refund you the entire amount.

We have already sent you the snapshot and other details, but you are only promising us that your company "will do the needful", after reading what others have experienced and the experince we have had of getting a wrong product delivered is there any assurance on us either getting our money or the original product we ordered? Can you give us a written note on how long will it take to resolve with dates and other details??? so if not resolved within the time frame we will definately approach the court!


Some of your customers here have not even had a refund or any product delivered and they have been chasing you guys with emails for their own money?? There is no number one can reach you guys, the emails are replied after weeks??

How would you suggest we trust you guys to refund our money or get the original product delivered after "such a GOOD experience!!" us or other common man who has suffered buying from you???
IS this the biggest scam website online???????? a month ago I was assured a refund, and today after a month when I recieved my statement there has only been one refund!!! how can u guys steal anyone's money, am fed of asking for my money again and again!!! if this dsnt get resolved in 24-48 hrs am definately going ahead leagally! I have all the evidence to prove my case, not to mention the number of emails that have been put to you guys asking for a refund, the amount of time and level of harassment that has been caused by you guys is unbelievable!!!
The people working as Customer Care Executives, in fact, do not work to care for the customers...they are busy proving the customers wrong...

Cancellation of orders

I ordered case for mobile phone. I'm trying to cancel my order because it is of poor quality . but they dont provide option for that
