I ordered 2 quantity Juicers from Tradus in a single order. The order was delivered on time. But when I opened the pack, to my surprise I found only one Juicer in the pack. I raised a complaint to Tradus to which they responded that they will give a resolution in 3 days. Not receiving a response after 3 days when I inquired via email they apologized and informed me that they don't have any update from their Logistic department. They asked for some more time to give a resolution. Now after 12 days I did not get any resolution from Tradus. I asked for their Customer Care contact number to which they replied, they don't have contact number and we can contact them only via email. Now they have stopped responding to emails also. I doubt if they are doing any investigation as this is not such a complex case that takes 12 days.
I should have checked the online reviews of Tradus before making this purchase. This site is going to spoil the reputation of whole online shopping market and also the other online ventures of IBIBO Group.
