Tradus — Non receiving of product.

I bought a screen guard cost 200 from tradus.in from Seller (on tradus) "BhavtavCom ,Bijason Infotech Pvt Ltd" on 13th october.

Its been 15 days and I haven't got any call from either courier service or company to check whether I got my product or not. I have been calling tradus phone for 4-5 days but they put me for hold more than 10 minutes and no any executive came to resolve my issue.Even I sent a lots of mail to them but all the time I get automated answers generated by computers. Nobody care to reply.
I want my money back from them.
Please help.
