Tradus — Sub-Order 10069742_01

Hi,

I had placed an order through Tradus.com with order number 10069742_01 for Rs.541.00 (inclusive of shipping charges). Received the product also. However the color of the T- shirts looked so different from what was shown on the advertisement. Hence opted for replacement of it immediately. In this process the received products were given back to tradus through Aramex. It has been more than 15 days now, so far, there has been no revert or update about the replacement order. They are cheating the customers like this wherein online deals are fradulent. Please look into this and action ASAP.
