[Resolved]  traffic — Rash driving by an auto rikshaw driver

Today, August 12, 2009; at 11.00 a.m. I was driving towards Parel, in second lane from the left between the two signals (one coming from Chunabhatti station and the other before sion circle. A rikshaw bearing No. MH 03 R 5854 wanting to go right but driving at extreme left lane. As i was going straight towards sion circle he took his rikshaw to the right and scratched my bumper on the front left. I stopped and asked him about his indecent beheaviour and he started doing dadagiri.

When there is a clear signage between these two signals indicating "auto rikshaws not allowed in the left lane" why don`t they obey the rules. Also, why can`t traffic police be strict about this rule. I hope department of traffic will do something about it.
