traffic — False Fine and harassment

Amongst three traffic policemen, one policemen without khaki dress caught me and told me to side my vehicle. For not wearing helmet properly and for rash driving he told me to pay Rs. 100/- for no fault of mine, then he had been checking my documents and asked for RC (My bike no is KA02 EH7633) then for DL. I had shown to him all valid documents but he does not satisfy with those and said that i have done a mistake in front of the police station.

I told my speed was some 30kmph, and when there were people riding vehicles without wearing helmets, why you are fining me, is it a good new rule for ladies?? those policemen were laughing, they didnt oblige.

After 10mins, They just noted down my bike no, and i just left, as they were not ready to talk..

Though we are following the rules, we have to pay fine for what reason? CORRUPTION or BRIBERY ???
Its better to replace such system of policemen, standing eagerly waiting to attack people esp ladies for money...with new ones.. Hardly it matters, coz no we cant find any policemen catching a thief or a culprit than civilized and innocent people like us.

Esp for ladies its become extremely difficult to even take a breathe of fresh air outside their homes in this country.
