[Resolved]  Traffic Police Andhra Pradesh — Rash behaviour and negligence of duty

Our car was stopped today by some traffic policemen at Krishna Nagar cross roads. The charge was that we were on the wrong side on a one-way road. There are few issues i would like to point out here:
1. The one-way board signs were not clearly visible at the entry of the road and one sign was even hidden under tree. The traffic policemen should have not allowed any vehicle to enter the road. Instead they just waited for us to enter the wrong side and immediately stopped us to pay the fine.
2. We agreed to pay the fine and asked for the receipt but the policeman kept on bargaining. He first asked for Rs. 300 and when we asked for receipt, he came down to Rs. 100. We did not agree to pay fine without a proper receipt, he kept on delaying the process and started shouting at us. We told him to take the photo of the car and send the challan copy at home. He did not agree to this and kept on shouting at us so that we eventually get frustrated and pay him the amount he was asking for. When we asked his name, he got even more frustrated. We did not pay the amount he was asking for without receipt and thus continued back home after asking to send a copy of challan at home.
This complaint is to bring to notice the corrupt behaviour of some traffic policemen who don;t want to perform their allocated duties instead just spend time in catching hold of people and draw money from them. The details of the traffic policeman in the above experience are as below:
