[Resolved]  Train Tickets — Touts in Reservation counters

Dear Sir

I just wanted to bring to your notice that, my mother who is a senior citizen wanted to travel to Mumbai. I had gone to get Tatkal ticket for her at the reservation counter on Pahar Ganj side.

All the men sitting at the counter were making tickets for the touts.They had bunch of forms in front of them and between each person in line they were making atleast five tickets . I asked one of the guy who had given a bunch of form to come online. But he said sir " Yeh dus minute ka khel hai" hamara kaam ho jayega.

That is the reason in first 5 minute after opening of the counters all the tatkal tickets get sold out.


I would request you to look into the matter and raid the counters early in the morning.

Would be very great full if the steps will be taken against this practice.
