Touts in Reservation counters

I just wanted to bring to your notice that, my mother who is a senior citizen wanted to travel to Mumbai. I had gone to get Tatkal ticket for her at the reservation counter on Pahar Ganj side.

Railway Reservation Through IRCTC Failed Transaction

Sir, I tried to book Railway Reservation Tickets Through IRCTC online e-ticketing facility on 01st Oct 2008. durng the booking process due to network failures my transaction could not succeed and reservation was not done. when i cheked my account balance on 2nd Oct 2008 balance is showing less amount by Rs 901/-.
