I am HUSAIN KHANDWAWALA. I had Transcend 1GB DDR1 RAM from Mumbai (Lamingtone Road Market).
After FEW month o[censored]sing. RAM was giving me the problem. In the JULY Month I Submitted my 1GB Transcend RAM to Transcend Service Center at TARDEO (ACCEL FRONT LINE SERVICES LIMITED) on 12/07/2012.
That office receptionist told me Replacement will come after 45days. But whenever i call there they are telling we did not get the Replacement. Please sort out this issue. They are not given me replacement.
i have mail to their headquater but they told we will replace as soon as possible
If this is true that Transcend is not given them the Replacement then why Transcend is Selling New RAM in the Market. If they cant sort out the problem the existing customer, Please sort out this issue. I want my RAM back AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
