[Resolved] Transcend — 4gb pendrive not working

Dear sir, I have purchase new Trancend Pendrive 4GB on cash 750/-RS on 02/03/2009 But now some softerware problem occured suddenelly. The pendrive dosent read in system .then i have show this pendrive to were i purchase this one but he told me there is no service center in jabalpur (m.p) so there is not be repair nor replaced. But when i have purchase this pendrive in cover compney write Life Time Warrantey. so please do helpfull to solve my problem. or if my problem not solved then i have go to Consumer Fourm. pls replace this pendrive. mob:[protected] Was this information helpful? pen drive — 4gb pen drive not working

i bought moser baer 4 gb pen drive approximately a year back. i found that it is not discoverable when i attach it to my pc. when asked for customer care service in pune i didnt get any address. the pen drive comes with a guarantee of 5 years, i want replacement of the piece.

i have 4 gb transcend pendrive. when i m connect it with computer it shows pen drive but when i m opening it. it shows insert a disk plz give me a solution
