[Resolved]  Transcend — EXTERNAL HARD DISK

I BOUGHT A EXTERNAL HARD DISK 160 GB @ COIMBATORE..FOR RS 3200..@ 10/02/2009
IT WAS WORKING FINE WHEN I GOT IT BUT AFTER IT WAS NOT DETECTED..THE SHOPKEEPER REPLACED IT AFTER TWO MONTHS TIME...IT WORKED FINE THEN,.. AGAIN ITGOT REPAIRED..I WENT TO SERVICE CENTER THEY TOLD THAT SHOP KEEPER MUST ONLY GIVE..SO I WENT TO HIM..AGAIN HE TOLD TO WAIT ITS MONTHS TIME NOW.. THIS REALLY SUX!!
TRANSCEND MAKING FOOL O[censored]S..BY NOT KEEPING THE SERVICE CENTERS..PLS TAKE ACTION ON THIS COMPANY WHICH IS LOOTING OUR MONEY

I BOUGHT A EXTERNAL HARD DISK 160 GB at hyderabad..FOR RS 2600..on 11/05/2009.
it had suddenly stopped working, a hardware is detected but the harddisk drive is not been shown on mycomputer. pls solve the issue
I am unable to open my files in the hard-drive. I am unable to perform a successful format either...
I am facing a similar issue with my hard disk. I have a lot of important data in it. Can somebody suggest me a service center for transcend EHD in hyderabad?
