my MP 3 player has been recd by Accel Frontline for repair vide their call ID TSCBEX[protected]DW ON 22ND Aug at their Madurai office. But till date, no resonse. They are making irresponsible reply for my repeated follow up calls. I do not know how to proceed further. Their Madurai office contact no.[protected] and their HO concact person Mr Thiagarajan on phone[protected] who is also answering properly. Should i have any legal remedies?
