Transcend — PEN DRIVE NOT RETURNED

I had given my 4 Pendrives(2GB,4GB,8GB,4GB) for replacement at ACCEL FRONTLINE, COIMBATORE on Mar-25-2013
They told that they wil return in 30 days....
but as they told i got 3 pendrives(2GB,4GB,4GB) retured back on .april30-2013.... but unfortunately my 8GB pendrived is still in pending only..... so wat can i do for getting replaced of that pendrive?
