i have bought new transcenf dvd writer in 1700 on date[protected]. but after it was making problem in reading dvd and cd's. as well it was in warranty period. but i given it to transcend service center for repair. it's been 4 month's. till now they are saying it will take more time. so please help me becouse 1700 is huge amount for me.
