[Resolved]  Travelepoint — Misinformation by Compark e-Services Pvt Ltd

Dear Oxigen Business Partner,

One of our associate M/s Compark eServices has spread malicious information in the market via sms about discontinuation of Oximall service from July 2010. We have access to the information and recording of call centre agents who have been communicating such false information.

Oxigen retailers are advised to ignore such information meant to mislead you. We are immediately withdrawing service to this associate company and would be taking appropriate legal action for this malicious communication by this associate.

In response to your comment, we would like to draw your attention that there are thousands of retailers working well with the company. Hence raising unsubstantiated allegations does not befit anyone especially in service sector/s. It must also be noted that in a B2B business, a lot of policies are governed by primary operators rather than intermediaries like us. We would appreciate if concerned parties show maturity in resolving their issues.
