As of our last records all complaints have been addressed . Some complaints were genuine and a error on our part ,We profusely apologies for that .It was a result of breakdown of communication or technology and in some cases people issues .We have rectified it all .In case missed out please do connect with us .
However in most cases we also did find that the customers overlooked some terms of the conditions which are a integral part of the offers .To avoid this for the future or post complaints here we recommend as follows
1.Go through the terms and conditions carefully .Certain terms may have been misunderstood .
