[Resolved]  TTK Prestige — Customer Service / After Sales service

I had purchased a Prestige Glass Top GT 04 Gas Stove from Metro Cash and Carry Kolkata on 9th May 2009.
Unfortunately my stove burners got melted due to technical or poor quality materials, So I called the Prestige TTK Regional office at Kolkata Ph[protected] and they gave me a Customer Service No[protected] and Service Engineer No [protected].
I have been trying to call the Customer Service No for the last 4 hours for which I have a call recorded in my mobile handset but all efforts were in vain So I called Mr. S.K. Biswas on his cell phone but he said he cannot entertain me since I have no complain logged at the Customer Service moreover I have no complain docket no
So I called there Sr Manager Mr. Sengupta and complaint in regard to the poor Customer Service call center where the phone lines a engaged for 4hours and his reply was quite astonishing for a company like Prestige TTK that this is best service we can provide and not threaten them. I further took this complain to their Bangalore at[protected] and got the mobile no of the head of all India Customer service Mr. K.R. Subramanian [protected] who did not entertain my call.

I bought one 1.2 lites Electric cooker at Sivakasi Smart Kitchen Shop.Within Six months the Non-Stick coating had come out from the aluminium vessel and on complaining to the customer complaint cell the asked me to buy a new inner vessel at Rs.400 and I paid for it and bought.But that too the non-stick coating has come out.Kindly advise is there any possibility of re-coating the vessels (Two Nos.).

I have purchased a 5 ltr prestige pressure handi from Race Course Road Air Force canteen in Delhi on 15.5.2014. On opening the packing found the Bakelite support handle on the opposite side of the pick-up handle which was packed in small polythene packing was broken in three parts. I live in Chandigarh. How do I get the matter resolved.

I have also fallen prey to its exchange anything to anything offer and bought a gas stove 3-4 months back. Its has lot of issues and I raised several complaints against it. Everytime they promise somebody would visit my house and look at it but nobody comes. Latest example is that i called them 4 days back and they said they will call back within 48 hours. 96 hours is passed by but nobody called me back. Since today morning i have called them twice, everytime they promise that witin half an hour somebody would call. Last time they said within 5 minutes of disconnecting the call somebody would call me. I feel like spitting at the product and company. I urge all not to buy a single product of prestige. If it doesnt work you will also have to suffer this sick and pathetic shameless customer service of it. this is the condition in bangalore, think the situation in smaller cities. I am from Vellore TN. There is no stock of gasket for SS deluxe 10 litre cooker from 2012 onwards in the Smart Kitchen outlet at Laxmi Theatre complex. Shall be grateful for keeping stock to cater to customers like me.

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a Prestige Glass Top GT 03 L Gas Stove from Pradeep Gas Agency, Pune before 6 Months.

Unfortunately my stove glass top got broken yesterday due to technical or poor quality materials. So I called the Prestige TTK custmercare office at Banglore and they have noted my complaint (no. PUNE 568940) and informed me that they send service engineer immediately.

Since yesterday I am unable to use this stove and we are put it into great trouble. Please depute your service engineer immediately and arrange to replace the stove glass top immediately, as the stove is in warrenty.

Same experience here...an organization with bunch of liars and false promises. Please do not purchase any prestige product. After sales service is very horrifying and poor. Tell you the truth you can get God but not Prestige executives to assist you. Even after calling 5 times to customer care no one there to help...and when after great effort finally got an engineer's contact, the guy dosen't attend the calls.
Your after Sales Service is the poorest in consumer product Line. I filed a complaint No.MUMB623525 on 8/10/14 but till now no body attended.Looking to service in future my family may not like to buy any products of Prestige Brand. Even your Customer Care number 33441111 does not respond..

I have purchased the prestige non stick kadai, twice I have used it both times everything sticked to the kadai.
I have raised the complaint and submit the kadai to service center, I got a call from dealer (gzb) that this is not a non stick product and take this back as can't be done.

I have send several emails that I purchased non-stick and how come they say that this is non stick product (costing 1000 INR) but there is no response from prestige.

i have purchased prestige 36 ltr otg 5 days earlier from last so many days i am waiting that some one come to demonstrate the otg but no one has yet arrived i am feed up of calling to customer care but no line get connected even call my dealer but does not respond properly moreover the user manual is just crab total waste of pages . so i came to result that PRESTIGE is fraud company please no one should purchase items of this company avoid headache go with some other company and not recommend this to any one .

I purchased a four burner hob-top gas stove four months back (13 Aug 2015) from a Prestige out let at Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram (Model No PHT 04 AI) .Within two months the self ignition system went wrong and I made a complaint. The so called service engineers who came to attend appeared unskilled and untrained. Two people came one after another returned as they could not open the stove at all. They were trying to open the stove with glass top through heavy hammering. The tools they used appeared inappropriate. Eventhough the defect was not rectified they closed my complaints. Every time they took my enquiry as a new complaint (Eg.ERAN1489073, ERAN1551623 etc). Last man came, managed to open the stove, took photographs of the defective parts and told me that he would come with the parts to replace. After a further two weeks’ time, when I enquired about my complaint, such a complaint was not pending. I feel I am totally helpless. Now more than a month gone. Will the company extend the warranty period I have lost? Im thinking of filing a case against PRESTIGE in the consumer court unless my complaint is resolved immediately.

I found that the Handel is seprated from the handi. I contacted the service centre, kolkata and the gave me
the complain no. KOLK-1496309. I had deposited the handi at your service center vide receipt no. 4431 dt.
14.11.2015.
I regret to not that till now I have not received the replacement.

I HAVE PURCHASED PRESTIGE MARVEL GTM 04 4 BURNER GLASS TOP
GAS STOVE IN THE MONTH OF OCT 2015, IT IS GIVING LOT OF PROBLEMS, GAS SUPPLY TO BURNERS IS NOT WORKING, The first burner in SIM also will give High Flem and major part is First burner is leaking .
Even though burner switch in off mode, gas will leak . I HAVE COMPLAINED FIVE TIMES IT IS NOT PROPERLY REPAIRED, , PRESTIGE PRODUCTS ARE ALL DEFECTIVE I feel .

As PRESTIGE is big brand and giving such defective product . PRESTIGE should consider this as replace new gas stove as it giving problem from day one and 5 time comaplain giving 3 tim repair done still issue nor fixed .
So I request PRESTIGE for replacement the defective product .

I REQUEST THE MANAGEMENT TO TAKE SUITABLE ACTION TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY & SERVICE

Such a pathetic service from prestige. Bought a glass top stove from Anna nagar branch only a month before. They sold us such a crapy product that the flame does not come out properly. Raisd so many complaints, afer 3 services, it is still in the same condition.. Big time cheats
