SIR I HAVE PURCHASED ONIDA TRU SLIM 29 INCHES COLUR TV ON 9 SEPTEMBER 2009. IT HAS 1 YEAR WARRANTY. THE TV HAS MANUFACTURING DEFECT . IT HAS HAVING SO MANY PROBLEMS . SO MANY TIME ONIDA'S ENGINEER HAS VISIT OUR HOME BUT NO SOLUTION HAS BEEN DONE . NOW ALSO IT IS SHOWING SOMETIME BLUE SCREEN OR SOMETIME BLINKING. WHEN I HAVE CALLED IN COSTUMER CARE, THEY GIVE ME COMPLAINT NO.[protected] , BUT NO SOLUTION HAS BEEN DONE ENGINEER HAS VISIT BUT CANNOT DO ANY SOLUTION HE TELLS THAT I WILL COME TOMORROW , BUT HE DID NOT COME . AFTER THAT I HAVE RECOMPLAINT IN COSTUMER CARE THEY HAVE GIVEN ME NEW COMPLAINT NO. [protected]. COSTUMER CARE EXECUTIVE GIVE ME THE MOBILE NO. OF THE MANAGER ( MR. RAJPUT- [protected])OF SERVICE CENTRE IN DELHI , THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT I WILL SEND THE ENGINEER IN TWO DAYS . sir, i purchased a onida tv on 20 march 2010, and my tv is not working last 3 or 4 weeks. i compalint lots of time but not any action to be taken by onida company, what is this sir, i am verry disapointed by your company. pleasa resolve my complaint,
