I have purchased a tvs star city bike on 10/10210 ABOV through finance of TVS credit Finance ltd at SUDHA TVS SHAHDOL city-484001
cost- 44300/-
the down payment was 22000/--
the last payment's done December 2012
even after several reminder and telecom with customer care & EXC. but not provided on NOC certificate...
So please provided me NOC certificate.................

TVS STAR CITY — NO RESPONSE OF STAFF
"I have made a mistake on 12 Oct 2010 by purchasing a Bike Star City having Regn No HR-20U-3497 from M/s Jindal Motors, Hisar. Since then no complaint in manufacturing etc. Bike is good and best in use other than in market. Two-three bikes have also been purchased after Oct 2010 on my free advertisement by my friends and relatives. On 07 Feb 2011, I have reported to Jindal Motors for 2nd service of the bike. The staff present for service took 4 hours time for servicing and direct me to report on 07 May 2011 for 3rd service.On 07 May 2011, I reported alongwith my bike for servicing at about 10.50 a.m. The chair person detail for billing told me that left the Bike here and take back before 5.00 p.m. I told him that service of bike will take 2 to 2 & half hour and return bake to me before lunch hours. He shown his biocracy sitting on the chair. I told he matter incharge of Jindal Motors. He also replied in a rude manner stating that service department is apart from them. I return back without service of the bike.
I and my friends/relatives constrained for free advertisement that TVS bike, Scooty etc are not upto the mark and this adversely affect the sale of TVS motors. I reported the matter to you for your future sale of TVS motors."
