Dear Sir/madam,
Myself JAYESH PARMAR a residence of 47, SUROHI-3, NR. MANOHAR VILLA, NARODA NIKOL ROAD NIKOL, AHMEDABAD.
I had purchased TVS STAR CITY 110 ES M/G ON 20/2/2012 from MAHALAXMI AUTO located at THAKKAR NAGAR, AHM.booking no.001820 my bike Engine no. is. AF1AC1518984

PROBLEMS FACED…. When I rided my bike on double (7/3/12) my bike rear alloy wheel, tyre & center drum had become too hot & smoke was appearing at a ride of 10 km. & on increasing the accelerator it was not moving beyond 60 km/hr.
Rear alloy wheel also always get heated on riding with single person.
On comparison with other bikes this is very abnormal & other bikes wheel doesn’t get much heated.
I had shown this problem 3 times to the showroom.
1) First time they had told me it was due to brake been tighten too much, the liner was stacked & they had loosen the brake.
2) Second time they had loosen the chain and told now it will work ok.
3) Even though the problem did not resolve & for the third time they are telling this is normal to all bikes and not giving any service and satisfactory response.
Despite of repeatedly telling them that, much heat is produced in doubles in rear wheel which is nearly equal to engine’s heat & will cause problem to tyre & tubes in future & may cause an accident. This is not at all normal & acceptable.
This kind of service was not expected from MAHALAXMI TVS showroom. I am not satisfied and unhappy from their service & response & bike model which I had.
Now waiting for your reply & better service to diagnosis & troubleshoot this problem. Kindly revert back to me at earliest (bike is just 22 days old)
Other wise kindly replace my bike. I don’t want this defective bike.
