l had purchased tvs star city bike from anbu motors, ramnad , TN. on 9 apr 2011. After the first servicing bike given a milege as low as 58-60 km. I complained this matter to tvs consumer service and to the service centre ie. Anbu motors ramnad. The response from the consumer service was good but the attitude of the men at servicing centre was pathetic and i get only assurances without any results .now after third servicing, a 110cc bike ,i used less than 5000km gives a milege of 40km and the ,men at the servicng centre does not feel this as a problem.
