[Resolved] Two Wheeler — Money deduct during transaction from IDBI Bank ATM by using my AXIS bank ATM card | |
Dear Sir/madam my self jaman lal i have AXIS bank Saving Acoount A/C No. [protected]. Branch gurgaon Sector 14 haryana. On 7th Aprail -08 at time 19:27 i use Axis bank ATM Card ( Card No. 5778. ID no. 0055) at IDBI Bank ATM sardar Petrol Pump marble area Harmara chohraya Kishangargh. Ajmer Rajasthan. i enter for withdraw 15000 Ruppes but no amount i got then i reinsert the ATM at the time 19:29 and then reenter 15000 amount then i got 15000 ruppes but total deduction it show 30000 (thirty Thousand ruppes) from my account but actualy i got only 15000( fifteen Thousand Ruppes in last Transaction). Transcation Slip that i got after second time that No. is as TXN 5798 but fisrst transction that happened at 19:27 i not recieved any transcation Slip but previous transcation that i take on same day at about 11:57 by which i withdraw 3000 ( three Thousand ruppees) that no. is as TXN 2539 My A/c no. Really this stupid behaviour of bank executive harash me a lot.in coming month i will close my both accounts in ICICI bank.
ICICI Bank — Money Transaction from IDBI ATM
Hi, I am Amit kumar pundir, Presently working with alcatel-lucent.in saharanpur location.On dated 06.12.2008, when i was trying to get money from IDBI atm Dehradun Chawk saharanpur.then it shows network failure &i had not received any amount, but the same is deducted from my a/c.i launch a complaint on icici phone banking.their executive told me that with in 8 working days i got my money back.after 11 days i call again then i got 12 more days request.after 3 more days of completion of this time period i got one more day request.when 2 more days gone then i receive a call from ICICI bank officer & she was saying that i will have to wait 5 more days.today when i went to icici bank Saharanpur to know the status of my complaint by using law of information than Branch operation manager deny to take a proper stamp application .& saying that Private organizations dont accept RTI form.when i request him to lounch another complaint.then he say if i do so than it will take 60 more days to be clear. DO i know is there no limitations on such organizations.Now after this behaviour of bank I am feeling very unfortunate that i am having my a/c in such a unresponsible organization.why In India consumer forum available if such a response a customer getting.Is there anyone to take my complaint.
