UIDAI — not received

My wife's Adhhar Card Enrolment No. 1190/90207/04757 dated 27.11.11 not received uptill now. Postal authorities shows item delivered (Speed post No. UE[protected]IN) but uptill now it has not been delivered. Please look into the matter at your end.

I am shekhar prasad. Aadhar card not yet received Enrolment No: 1119/20078/00016and apply date 11/02/2013 time15:11:44.

Aadhar card enrollment was taken for myself and other family members 1 yr back. All of them except myself and my daughter (MANJU B, [protected]) have not received so far.It is understood that the card is prepared vide no[protected] with enrolment no 2007/32732/01420 for myself and for daughter enrolment no 2007/32726/01794 aadhar card no[protected]. Since these are required for availing benefits from govt. Also let me know whether any firm is authorised to issue them and any cost is to be paid. let me know the address of the firm.
