[Resolved]  Sharekhan — Un authorised trading in my account

Dear Sir

Mr vidynand singh sub broker of Sharekhan had done the un authorise trading in my account without my permission.

The broker purchase the RPL, Jindal Steel, Sesa Goa in the month of october without my permission & create the outstanding . When I have contact to the power broker for trade, his reply shoked me their reply was Apower broker can trade in your account without your consent.
Then I have lodge the complain to the sharekhan after received the mail.
Sharekhan acknowledge the broker is a power broker and demand the details of share trading without my consent.
I have mail all the details of the trading . After that I have send the several reminder to the sharekhan for that trading.

But I have not received the reply from the company.Due to that trading i have loss Rs 2 lakh.

their local representative Mr Manish contact me for the sollution & they explain thru Maping system abroker can trade in my account with my consent, even I change my password.

Sir Now I request you please see the matter.

1) Till date broker are not able to provide any telephone call record, letter of authorisation to purchase the share.
2) Share khan charge the intrest rate on the outstanding.
3) How the company provide the credit facility without my request.
4) I have requested to provide the CEO, VICE PRESIDENT, GENERAL MANAGER mail address. But the company official never provide the details.
5) Now they assume that I have placed the order, but they are unable to provide any record.

Please help me & provide your suggestion.
