Within Nagpur city in Maharashtra State unauthorised mobile towers are erected and constructed on roof tops of buildings, the residents living around are not made aware about the hazards of the radiation. apart from this the immidiate neighbours have apprehension about the life safety as well as safety of their propertis and buildings. without seeking no objections nor the type of construction of landlord is checked to erect and construct the mobile tower. one of such tower is located in Plot No. 264/1 on the house of Smt. Prabha Ghube near G.P.O. square. other one is at Plot No. 46 Ambazari Lay-out, Nagpur.

INSTALLATION OF MOBILE TOWER IN MIDST OF SLUM AREA AT kalina shastri nagar anisa bano chawl santacruz (EAST), MUMBAI 400029

I would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of SLUM AREA AT kalina shastri nagar anisa bano chawl santacruz (EAST),
Mumbai – 400 029 and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.
our complaint is specific that, one Mr. FARID shaikh, resident of kalina shastri nagar anisa bano chawl santacruz (EAST),
(Mumbai – 400 029, had licensed his premises to Airtel Mobile Company for installation of 50 ft. Mobile Tower in midst of slum area of shastri Nagar. When residents of shastri Nagar, came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to the said Mr. farid shaikh for termination of Leave and License Agreement and stoppage of installation of Mobile Tower and also informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which eminates from the said Mobile Tower upon the human body and also shown him report of Mumbai Mirror and Maharashtra Times. Inspite of this, the said Mr. farid shaikh, flatly refused to paid any heed to the said fact and evasively replied to residents of shastri Nagar that ”do whatever you want, I will never terminate the said license.”
As you know that, it is general rule that, the Mobile Tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effect on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said Mobile Tower on their building hence, the said Mobile Company choosing slum area as they know that, the slum people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect.

We the resident of Asifnagar area brings to your kind notice that a Air-Tel Tower was erected at the roof of H.No.12-1-630/3/A in Asifnagar area beside Old Taddy Compound one year back. Many people residing the surrounding area of this house are suffering from different ailments with side effects of above Air Tel Tower. The doctors have also confirmed these side effects when approached for medical treatment. It is not known whether Municipal authorities have granted permission to erect the above tower, but it is quite injustice to allow such permission contrary to the wishes of neighbours in the area.
We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above House in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.
