I was an employee of M/S Unichem Laboratories Ltd. I left the company in 1982. I wrote the matter to the said company, then company wrote the letter to The P F Commissioner, Mumbai 400051 vide the letter ref:FCS:PF:SFF:82-83 dt 04.05.1982 and another reminder vide letter dt 30.04.1983,but till today I have nither received my claim nor any communication from your office.
Therfore, i may request you settel the claim at the earliest.
