Dear sir,

i A.SUKRUTH KUMAR have submitted my pf form
as on 25.05.09 but till, i have not yet received my pf amount

my pf no. is MH/1064-B/1521 ,Gr.43 ,employee No.342580 and my bank account no:[protected] ICICI BANK ,HABSIGUDA BRANCH ,HYDERABAD,ANDHRA PRADESH.

kindly take the action immediately & do the needful
