I want to withdrawl my provident fund so I need the address of the pf office in which I can apply for my pfUNICHEM LABS — EPF
I HAD WORKED WITH UNICHEM LABS,I DISASSOTIATE ON 1 ST JANUARY 2010,I SUBMITTED MY P.F WITHDRAWAL THROUGH COMPANY AT KANDIALI,AS PER COMPANY IT WAS FORWARDED ON 29 NOV 2010 BUT STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIEVED AMONT OF MY EPF,MY AC NO IS MH/1064-B/1666.PLS HELP ME TO GET MY EPF AMOUNT
I worked in unihem labs in losar division as a reprentative for 2 years 9 months in the year 2008 and later I promoted as area manager and I worked for 6 months, after my marriage I left the company, till now I did not got any settlement and my pf money, hr department is bothered about only their own services no other services.after submitting all company properties with proofs till they blame employees and they don't want to settle any issues.

i have been waiting for my providant fund return since 1 year just got a acnowledgement letter from company i worked for with details of the pf number.MH/1064/9853 group-28, so far nothing is happening.
