I have purchased 2 BHK flat from reputed builder AMRAPALI SILICON CITY through a UNICON BROKER.Its been more than year since when it was promised from UNICON REAL ESTATE for release my CREDIT NOTE amount.

They have promised that once the 40% payment done tO BUILDER they will release the payment but now after more than 70% of payment done UNICON still making excuses and not releasing the amount promised to me.

They makes false excuse that BUILDER AMRAPALI have not paid the brokerage but my BUILDER confirmed me that they have already paid the broker amount a year back.

So please do not do any kind of dealing with UNICON REAL ESTATE.
