[Resolved]  Unicon Real Estate — not releasing the credit note amount

I did book the flat in Elementa - By Akshar Developers in Wakad Pune through Unicon Real Estate that time Mr. Dasbir Singh tole me that you will get Rs. 25000/- back when you will be done with the agreement n registration process and for the same, he gave me a credit note stating property details and amount.

I did flat agreement, registration in June'12 and since then I am following up with Dasbir but he has changed his mobile and not replying to the emails as well. I did send an email to [protected]@unicon.in but i didn't get any reply other than autoreply mail. (case id :[protected]

I'll not give up this matter untill n unless m not getting Rs. 25000/-. I did enquire to builder and he said we have release the commision amount to Unicon immediately after your registration processs. I'll log a complaint in consumer court, will consult with lawyer, etc. as I have credit note document and mail chains.

Please be aware of not only Unicon Real Estate but also from all the subsidries o[censored]nicon like Unicon investment, etc.
