[Resolved] Unicon Real Estate — Non Payment of salary of 2 month | |||
My name is Prashant upadhyay and I'm working in Unicon real estate, sec 29, Gurgaon from 28th April 2011 and my employee Id is URPL 1710 and current Ctc is 1.96Lpa. I'm facing deep trouble on the part of salary in unicon.According to my Branch head Mr. Devender Singh Tomar, My salary of the month July (20th June to 20th July) has been put on hold. Mr. Tomar forcing me to resign from the post without any prior notice and threatening me for deemed resign. I had worked till 23rd July 2011 and My Grandfather was expired on 24th July 2011 and informed about it to Mr. Tomar and ASM Mr. Amit Vishnoi and asked him to allowed me leave till 8th August 2011. When i came back on 8th of August Mr Tomar force me resign from the company and also told me that my salary is put on hold and also still forcing me to sign ECF form for final settlement and wait for 90 Days for my salary. I worked so hard for this company and now company is treating me in very bad way.I only need my salary so kindly help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
