[Resolved] Unicon Real Estate — Delay in payment against credit note | |||
Dear Sir, I alongwith my two friends Mr Jay Kumar Saha & Mr Biswajit Saha had booked three flats, one for each at Supertech Ecovillage I in Mar 2010 through Unicon team - Mr Nilesh, Mr Sahil Kaushik & Ms Meenakshi. We have been given credit note worth 0.5% of the cost of flat which would have been released to us once 50% of cost of flat is deposited to the builder. We have deposited 50% of cost of flat in Feb 2011 and contacted abovementioned Unicon team. However, we have been informed that these people have left Unicon so far. Thereafter we get number of some Mr Raj Kapoor, Business Development Officer o[censored]nicon (M:[protected], [protected]). After telephonic discussion with him, he called us at NOIDA office, where Mr Raj Kapoor met us on 04 Mar 2011. He welcomed us very warmly and take copies of all documents and told that we will get payment within 15 to 20 days. However, now he is not responding to our telephone calls. May I request senior authority o[censored]nicon to look into the matter in honouring credit note issued by Unicon. Hello Fellow Sufferers,
Unicon is a company of fraud and cheaters. A Unicon Real Estate Assistant Manager - Mr. Nitin Gupta promised me a credit note at the time of the booking in a project in Noida.
Later he refused to honour the commitment and threatened me with dire consequences.
I complained to everyone from Jayant Sanwal who is Asst Vice President at Unicon Investment Solutions, Jatin Khanna, who is Senior Manager at Unicon, and Gurpreet Kaur who is Senior Manager and looks after customer grieviences, but they took no action and ignored my complaints and did not refund my dues
I have got the formal credit note from Unicon.But Shyam Goswami, from the Accounts department who was supposed to make the payment does not answer my calls and instead disconnects the phone
My repeated complaints on various consumer forums have proved futile. Now I am approaching the print and electronic media and the government agencies.
So beware of a shameless company like Unicon- which works on the basis of deceit and threats and loot the hard earned money of innocent citizens.

I can see this generic statement from Unicon in all of the post :-)
I believe they have set this as an Out Of Office mail, because i can see any mail from them except this one.

If your broker broker is from UNICON REAL ESTATE please re think they belong to fraud company.
