My son have booked a property in the Era landmark Sector 103 through Shri Navneet of M/S. Unicon posted at Sector 14, Gurgaon and the details are as under:

At the time of booking, Shri Navneet along with two of his colleagues who were also present, promised that a discount of 3.5% will be given to us of which he offered spot discount of 3% and balance 0.5% will be offered as Credit note after my cheque is realized. We have deposited a sum of Rs. 5.00 lak at the time of registration. The cheque has already been realized and credit note of amount equivalent to 0.5% as promised by Shri Navneet has not been sent to us, Now Shri NAVNEET has stopped picking up our calls also and is not responding to our mails also. We have come to know that Shri Navneet has left the UNiCON and joined some other organization. In this connection it is stated that we have booked flat after seeing the credentials of M/s. Unicon which is a reputed company and not Navneet who is not even known to us, We have already spoken to Shri Kulpdeep Rana and many other officers of Head office Unicon and Shri Verma o[censored]nicon Sector 14 at Gurgaon. While senior officials in UNICON are not responding. Even Era Landmark have informed that they are not concerned with the subject and this is matter between UNICON AND us. I hope this channel will take some action at least others will also come to know
