Hi,
I had been to Bangkok and had purchased a Uniconnect Sim Card to make calls back home from Bangkok. Had purchased that card so that i won't be expensive. While purchasing the sim card, Uniconnect people had taken my credit card copy for security reasons and i was suppose to pay my bill once I'm back. When i came back from Bangkok, i got my bill via mail with an itemized statement.
Uniconnect directly debited the bill amount in my credit card account without even intimating me.
They also charged me some data charges and when asked, i was informed that i have sent mail from bangkok using that sim card (from my phone). I'm using a Blackberry phone and my data services were off, how the hell can i send/receive mails.
This is pure cheating with a customer. And when asked them for an explanation, they have just sent a mail and post which there was no further communication from their side. My bill date is 6th March, 2012. They don't even bother to call back or give a explanation to it.
